He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Lewis and Venice Virginia King Bull; and his sisters, Nancy Mabe and Shirley Myers. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Linville Bull; his son Scott Bull; and his granddaughter Stephanie Bull.
