He is survived by: his wife Martha Groves Fulkerson; his children, Rebecca Hendricks (Richard) and David Fulkerson (Lisa) of Naples, FL; his grandchildren, Katlyn Stupica (Mike), Ryan Hendricks, Jordan Lewis, Jensen Fulkerson, Roman Hendricks (Brittany), Austin Lewis and Christian Fulkerson; his great grandchild Maren Stupica; and his siblings, Nora Jean Brooks, Kay Happel, Ann Happel and Greg Happel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
