He is survived by: his mother Peggy Miller Spears (Ronnie) of Winston Salem; his daughter Elizabeth Spears of High Point; his grandchildren, Salem Klay of High Point and Ace Klay of High Point; his sister Shanda Spears of Winston Salem; his girlfriend Megan Bostick of Kernersville; and his grandmother Myrl Miller of Millers Creek. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
