He is survived by: his wife Bette Johnston Raper; his stepsons, Joseph Johnston and Scott Johnston; his stepgrandchildren, Grant Johnston, Garrett Johnston, Kaylee Johnston and Kamryn Johnston; his sister Jane Weeks (Nelson); and his siblings-in-law, Susan Hamilton, Ellen Flynn and Frank Johnston, Jr. (Billy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
