She is survived by: her son Marty Parnell (Carla) of Micro; her granddaughters, Erica Parnell, Olivia Parnell and Jessica Parnell; her great grandchild Lucas Cole Finch; her siblings, Tammy Barnes Carrea (Ron) of Raleigh, Teresa Pierce (Frank) of Benson, Billy Barnes (Kim) of Kenly and Milton Boyette, Jr. of Goldsboro; and her stepmother Liz Boyette (James Head) of Eureka.
