He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Alan Weaver, Michael Weaver and Dustin Weaver; his stepson Dillon Smith (Christina); his mother Cherry Wayne Watson Weaver; and his siblings, Floyd Weaver (Tammy) and Sherrie Fitzgerald (Mike). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 4 step grandchildren.
