She was predeceased by: her father William E. Kelly. She is survived by: her mother Helen Kelly; her husband David W. Hales of Kenly; her children, Casey Russ Evans (Kevin), Kelli Russ Wall (Julian) and Jesse W. Hales (Kimberly Woodall); her siblings, David J. Kelly, William R. Kelly (Judy) and Nancy Faltinowski (Gary); and her brothers-in-law, Willie M. Hales (Debra) and Thomas E. Hales. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
