She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Mayo and Julia Harrell Mayo; her husband Charles D. Lewis; and her son Charles D. Lewis, Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Carolyn Mitchell of Tarboro. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
