He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Medlin Creech; his daughters, Nicole Creech of Kenly and Ginger Worrell (Robbie) of Clayton; his stepdaughter Dawn Littleton (Billy Wayne) of Kenly; his siblings, Jimmy Creech of Kenly, Wayne Creech (Winnie) of Selma and Gloria Chesney (Kenny) of Kenly; his grandchildren, Brianna Creech and Sawyer Worrell; his stepgrandchildren, Eddie Beal, Jr. and Jessica Frazier (Michael); and his stepgreat-grandchild Mikayla Frazier.
