It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robin Quinn Parnell (Kenly, North Carolina), who passed away on November 10, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Franklin Parnell and Katie Whaley Parnell; and his siblings, Donnie Parnell and Linda Killette. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Hinnant Parnell; his children, Brandy Parnell Creech (Johnny) and Timothy Quinn Parnell; his grandchildren, Cameron Martinez, Christopher Creech, Nicholas Creech and Madilynn Creech; his siblings, Allen Parnell (Betty), Barbara Killette, Judy Lane (Cecil), Kathy Glover and Margaret Paulson; and his cousin Dwayne Proctor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
