He is survived by: his wife Theresa Whitley Medlin; his daughters, Teri Medlin, Wendy Sanders and Linda Medlin; his grandchildren, Jennifer Boone, Dyllan Massengill, Marcus Vigil, Breanna Medlin, Maria Castro, Alexia Dixon, Arturo Jr. and Dalia Trejo; his great grandchildren, Jayden Castro and Lorenzo Meza; and his siblings, Paul Medlin Jr. (Jean), Tennie Copper and Martha Dixon (Edgar).
