With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Piety Coleman of Kenly, North Carolina, who passed away on July 1, 2021 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William D. Coleman; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Collins, William Myron Broderick and Fred Milton Broderick. She is survived by: her children, Tobie Coleman Molden (Richard) of Bailey, Linda Barefoot of Clayton, Jerry Coleman (Rebecca) of Kenly and William Lynwood Coleman (Barbara) of Bailey; and her sister Ruby Floyd of Knoxville, TN. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty five great- grandchildren, and twenty great- great grandchildren.
