It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Carl Martin of Kenly, North Carolina, born in Richland, South Carolina, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Carl Alverson Wilson; her husband Otis LeRoy Martin, Jr.; her daughter Melissa Lee Martin; and her sister Patti Kornell Wright. She is survived by: her daughters, Katharine Martin Peele (David) of Pikeville, Ann Louise Martin of Charleston, SC, Charlene M. (Sandy) and Thompson (Gordon) of Mt. Olive; her grandchildren, Katharine Elizabeth Wilson (Ronald), Alison Carnes (James) and Ashley Thompson Robertson (Zack); and her pet Bella. She is also survived by 5 Great Grandchildren and 10 Great Great Grandchildren.
