It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marshall Barnum Carter Jr. (Kenly, North Carolina), who passed away on April 16, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Carter and Patricia Carter. He is survived by: his wife Judy Williams Carter; his daughters, Bridgette Carter of Middlesex, Ann McClung (Keith) of Selma and Marsha Kemp (Mooney) of Knightdale; and his former wife Linda Carter of Selma. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
