He is survived by: his mother Lula Gurley Newsome; his wife Regina Hargrove Newsome; his children, Jessica "Jessi" Newsome Hoyle (Jason) and Jeremiah "Jeremy" David Newsome (Kelsey); his grandchildren, Noah Hoyle, Michaela Hoyle and Henry McCoy Newsome; his sisters, Linda Bradford (Marion) and Lisa Mitchell (Danny); and his nieces and nephews, Heather Rogers, Heidi Leonard, Dustin Mitchell, Dalton Mitchell and Katlyn Drew.
