She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Price and Lina Pittman Price; her husband Thomas Cecil Brown; her son Jerry Brown; and her brothers, Carl Price, Jr. and John Elderidge Price.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Renee Jenkins; her daughters, Wanda Hodges (Pete) and Susan Kimbrough (Jim) of Clayton; and her brother George Glen Price of Kenly. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
