He was predeceased by: his father Clinton Weaver; and his siblings, Kenneth Weaver, Brenda Wall, Carol Pearce, Elizabeth Weaver and Linda Boyette.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Edwards Weaver; his children, Scotty Weaver (Gela) of Four Oaks, Kathy Stone of Clayton and Lisa Weaver of Four Oaks; his siblings, Melvin Weaver (Miriam), Mary Winslow (Tim), Faye Hooks and Audrey Stott (Freddie); and his grandchildren, Tanner Stone, Dawson Weaver, Mason Weaver and Amrynn Weaver.
