He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Jasper Durham and Laura Crocker Durham; his wife Wanda Louise Durham; and his siblings, Harold Durham, Ralph Durham, Carol Durham, Wallace Durham and Jean Ann Hooks.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Durham (Tammy) and Bart Durham (Sandy); his grandson Trey Durham (Kelsey); his great grandchildren, Jaxon Durham, Elliott Durham and Halston Jones; and his siblings, Bill Durham, Lena Gray Pope (Bobby) and Dorothy Hinnant. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be sent to the SECU Hospice House 426 Hospital Rd, Smithfield, NC 27577 in memory of Jack.
