She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hales and Lizzie Hales; and her sister Nettie Hales. She is survived by: her husband Gary Hodge; her sons, Chris Hodge, Gary Glenn Hodge of Middlesex and William Tracey Hodge of Selma; her siblings, Earl Hales of Kenly, Melvin Hales of Utah, Edward Lee Hales of Kenly, Richard Allen Hales of Selma, Jimmy Hales of Smithfield, Charlie Hales of Kenly and Barbra Ann Atkinson of Selma; her grandchildren, Hailey, Emma Hodge, Lauren Windham and Pyper Elk; and her great grandchild Lawson Hodge.
