She is survived by: her husband Bobby Lee; her sons, Robert Scott Benson (Doretta) of Mt. Olive and Lester Keith Benson of Angier; her grandchildren, Robert Benson, Jr. and Zachery Keith Benson; and her sisters, Judy Evans, Jeanette Lee and Becky Hill.
