He is survived by: his wife Janice Hartley; his son Kevin Hartley (Brenda); his stepsons, John Bottoms (Karina) and Sam Bottoms (Marina); and his sisters, Susie Adkins and Annie Facenda. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
