He is survived by: his sons, Mike Lewis (Lisa) of Rock Ridge and Tim Lewis of Kenly; his grandchildren, Neal Lewis and Georgia Lewis; and his stepchildren, Mike Yelverton (Ruby) of Four Oaks, Jimmy Yelverton (Brenda) of Asheboro and Ann Trochum (Tom) of Raleigh.
