He was predeceased by: his stepfather David P. Scott; and his brother-in-law Darrell Farmer. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Elliott Kicklighter; his children, Hannah Karoline Howell and Eli Anderson Kicklighter; his parents, Francein Anderson Scott of Conway and Derrell Eugene Kicklighter, Sr.; his stepmother Debby of Conway; his grandmother Mary B. Elliott; his sister-in-law Mary E. Farmer of Wilson; his stepsisters, Tina T. Brown of Conway, Cheryl Scott of Conway and Ravonda Floyd of Conway; and also, Robin Kicklighter Oierud (Sven) of Conway, Kathy Kicklighter Mauldin (Clayton) of Conway and Michelle Kicklighter Thompson (Scott) of Conway. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials to Joyner's Funeral Home, PO Box 425, Wilson, North Carolina 27894 to assist with the end of life expenses.
