He is survived by: his wife Sharon Spivey; his children, Jeremy Daniel Spivey (Robin Mitchell) of Kenly and Jessica Ann Spivey (Donny Cooper) of Kenly; his brothers, Donald Spivey (Phyllis) of Stantonsburg and George Spivey (Sandra) of Greensboro; and his grandchildren, Madyson, Ayden, Brianna, Jackson, Savannah and McKinsley.
