He is survived by: his children, Ricky Earl Stanley and Mikayla Rogers (Shaun); his brother Tommy Carter; his grandchildren, Austin Pace of Ricky Stanley and Bladen Rogers; his parent-in-law Linda Toler; his nephew Brandon Carter; and also Jim Steiner. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews and many friends.
