He was predeceased by: his parents, B. A. Willoughby and Addie Parnell Willoughby; his siblings, William Willoughby, James Willoughby and Louise Rowe; and his daughter-in-law Hope Willoughby.
He is survived by: his wife Allene Renfrow Willoughby; his children, Rebecca Godwin (Robert), Joseph Willoughby and Gary Willoughby (Teresa); and his sisters, Anne Darden and Elizabeth Willoughby. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
