He is survived by: his wife Lorene Hollowell Grice; his daughters, Ebby Vi Grice Phillips (Robert) of Pikeville and Renee Grice of Kenly; his siblings, Melvin Harold Grice of Kenly and Pauline Thompson of Kenly; and his grandson Jim Hanus (Vanessa Grant).
