He was predeceased by: his parents, William Luper and Marjorie Phillips Luper; and his brother David Luper. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Whitley Luper; his children, William Luper (Christina) and Kathryn Luper (Chris Hughart); his grandchildren, Zoey Luper, Kora Hansrote, Jocelyn Luper, Cameron Luper, Marilyn Luper and Chris Carroll; his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Whitley and Donna Luper; and his pet Luke.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Kenly Funeral & Cremation Service (103 E 2nd St, Kenly, NC 27542). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be sent to the Leukemia Research Foundation 191 Waukegan Rd, Ste 105, Northfield, IL 60093 in memory of Billy.
