She was predeceased by: her parents, Walton "Sam" Parrish and Mazie Parrish. She is survived by: her son Jason Godwin (Christy); her grandchildren, Colby and Meredith of Kenly; and her siblings, Phil Parrish of Wendell, Jackie Parrish of Clinton, Jill Hinnant of Sneads Ferry and Tim Parrish of Kenly.
