She was predeceased by: her husband James Cecil Barnes; and her son Robert Lee Barnes. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Williamson of Fremont, Joette Dunn of Fremont and Barbara Creech of Goldsboro; and her siblings, Doris Godwin and Jimmy Holland. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
