She was predeceased by: her parent Louis Best Sr.. She is survived by: her parent Rosa Shivars Best; and her sons, Eugene, Michael G. Dobson and Louis Ricky Dobson (Sheneta) of Magnolia. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
