She is survived by: her children, Connie Beard Brinson (Woody) of Kenansville, Laura Beard Beaver (Mike) of Wakefield, VA, Mary Ella Beard of Fayetteville and Paul Beard Jr. (Brenda) of Fayetteville; her brother Ernest "Buddy" Knowles of Warsaw; and also, Ollie and Myrtle. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
