He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Collins; his son Andrew Collins; his grandchildren, Miranda Collins (Juan), Rodney Collins (Heather), Andy Macias, James Macias, Jose Macias and Jessica Collins; his son-in-law Jose Macias; and his siblings, Ray Collins, Jr. (Gale), Maynell Collins, Katherine Collins, Jewell and Judy. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, many extended family members and friends.
