She is survived by: her children, Veronica DeVane of Ivanhoe, NC and Barry Peterson of Kelly, NC; her siblings, Margaret Imes of Ivanhoe, NC, Minnie Harvey of Ivanhoe, NC, Doris Ann DeVane of Ivanhoe, NC, Lonnie DeVane (Gwen) of Harrells, NC, Alphonso DeVane of Kelly, NC, David DeVane of Atkinson, NC, Gail DeVane (Ann) of Raleigh, NC and Jannie Mae Highsmith (RC) of Ivanhoe, NC; and her sister-in-law Dr. Margaret Lawrence (William) of Kelly, NC. She is also survived by Four Grandchildren, Five Great-Grandchildren, Four Great-Great-Grandchildren.
