She was predeceased by: her husband Kelly Raygene Crump; and her son Kevin Raygene Crump. She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie Van Horne (Gene Van Horne) and Kelly Maria Clarke (Daniel Clarke); and her granddaughter Rebecca Lee Phillips. She is also survived by seven other grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
