He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Henry Wiggins and Eva Brown Wiggins; his wife Flora Sharrock Wiggins; his children, Tiffany Sewell (Winston) of Ahoskie, NC, Sonya Freeman (Carlton) of Norfolk, VA, Floria Smith (Christopher) of Ahoskie, NC, William Wiggins, Jr. of Aulander, NC and Seamus Wiggins (Uniqua) of Powellsville, NC; and his siblings, Rudolph Wiggins of Phil, Virgie Robinson of Phil, Geraldine Smith of Phil and Linda Wharton of Phil. He was also cherished by grandchildren, (7) great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, other relatives and friends.
