She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Neiceman Baker and Mary Lucy Shoulars Baker; and her siblings, Alice Alberta Baker, Dorothy Leigh Baker, Beulah Baker White, Clara Baker Showalter, Helen Baker Robbins, Frank, Edward, Sam and Robert Earl Baker.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur; and her children, Curtis Fulton, Roger Fulton, Wanda Fulton Drewry (Paul Timothy) and Sherry Spence (Edgar, Sr.). She is also survived by two sisters; one brother; one sister-in-law, and one brother-in-law; nine grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.
