She was predeceased by: her aunt Lorine Potts; and her uncle Prophet Vincent Smith. She is survived by: her parents, Albert Smith, Jr. of Kannapolis, NC and Carrie Brown Widby (Dennis) of Concord, NC; her husband Alan B. Perkins, Sr.; her daughters, Chrishawn Caldwell of Charlotte, NC and Kayla Perkins of Kannapolis; her grandson Jayden Ferreira; her sister Felecia Lynch of Kannapolis, NC; and her aunts, Phyllis Bell of Hamlet, NC and Janet Smith of Kannapolis, NC. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
