It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William May (Kannapolis, North Carolina), born in Pollocksville, North Carolina, who passed away on September 9, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Romulous May and Emma May; his former wife Sarah; his wife Joyce; and his sons, John Earl Perry and Richard Peterson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Shoaf (Robert), Kathryn Peterson and Deborah Canter.
