He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Owens Freeman (Donald) of Kannapolis; his grandsons, Eran Hays (Brittany Griffin) and Cade Freeman; his great grandchildren, Parker Hays and Braxton Griffin; his siblings, Farrell Dixon (Vicky), Timothy McManus and Tammy Dixon Wright (James); and his girlfriend Sherry Allman.
