It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Deaton of Kannapolis, North Carolina, who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Earl Deaton and Bernice Donahue Deaton; and his siblings, Bernard Deaton, Johnsie Farmer and Debra Long.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Deaton (Shirlene) and Chad Deaton; his grandchildren, Emily, Anthony and Justin; his great grandchildren, Piper and Charley; and his brother Ronald Deaton.
