She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Cook and Mary Galloway Cook. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Turner Carter and Robert Bollinger (Jessica); her grandchildren, Austin Turner and Megan Carter; and her sister Linda Medlin (Frank).
