She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Cecil Parks and Effie Mae Driver Parks; her husband Edward Talbert; her granddaughter Tiffany Turner; her great grandchildren, Nicholas Talbert and Samuel Talbert; and her brother James Parks.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Talbert (Joyce Secco) of Concord, Wayne Talbert (Carla) of Kannapolis and Richard Talbert (Diane) of Salisbury; and her sister-in-law Loretta Parks.
