He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lee Marlowe and Mary Lee Watkins Marlowe; his wife Mildred Patricia "Patty" Marlowe; and his siblings, Donald Marlowe and Sylvia Woodard.
He is survived by: his children, Tyrone W. Marlowe Jr. of Kannapolis, Jerry Marlowe (Melissa) of Kannapolis, Kip Marlowe (Elizabeth) of Kannapolis and Joy Jones of Kannapolis; his grandchildren, Jeremy Marlowe (Jennifer) of China Grove, Megan Marlowe of China Grove, Kammie Grindstaff (Jeremiah) of Kannapolis, Karana Marlowe of Kannapolis, Kameron Marlowe, Troy Jones of Kannapolis, Bethany Jones of Kannapolis and Aidan Marlowe of Kannapolis; and his great grandchildren, Rylan Grindstaff, Titus Grindstaff, Remington Grindstaff, Brantley Marlowe, Cullen Marlowe and Braiden Coone.
