He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stack and Bessie Lowder Stack; his daughter Tammy Stack Hill; and his siblings, Donald Stack and Mildred Yost.
He is survived by: his wife Gayle Murphy Stack; his son Todd Stack (Lana) of McEwen, TN; and his brothers, Ray Dillon Stack (Norma) of China Grove and Efird Mills Stack of Savannah, GA..
