He is survived by: his wife Bettie Harper; his children, Cathy Bauer of Kannapolis and Joseph Perry (Tina) of Ft. White Fl; and his siblings, Mae Stirewalt of Enochville, Kay Johnson of Kannapolis, Sue Sutherland of China Grove, Jean Knowles of Kannapolis and Ronnie Perry (Terri) of Landis. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
