She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Nathaniel and Eula Lee Baynard Hardin; her husband Robert Curtis Royal; and her siblings, Earl Kenneth Hardin, Eula Dianne Hardin Tickle and Lennie Lee Haywood.
She is survived by: her children, Melody Boyette Reid (Harold), Curtis Dean Royal (Sheri) and Robert Steven Royal (Crystal); her grandchildren, Joy Poole, Britney, Brent, Blake, Brooke and Hope Royal; and her siblings, Maxine Haywood, Alice Featherstone, Henry, Gene and Jerry Hardin. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and extended family.
Due to the ongoing Covid pandemic, there will be no formal visitation.
