She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lambert and Kathleen Lambert. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Wilson Johnson; her siblings, Don Lambert and Joann Stegall; her children, Tony Wayne Burgess Jr. (Julie), Terri Lachelle Roberts and Amber Burgess Belandria (Jose); her stepsons, Shane Johnson and Eric Johnson (Ellen); her grandchildren, Katelyn Forrest (Mike), Chase Roberts, Chandler Burgess (Erin), Caydence Burgess, Nina Belandria, Ethan Belandria, Elijah Johnson and Sawyer Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Jenna Forrest and Isabella Burgess.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Teresa to the Susan G. Komen foundation for breast cancer.
