She is survived by: her daughter Crystal McKinney Moore (Jimmy) of Landis; her grandchildren, Seth Moore (Valerie) of Kannapolis and McKinney Moore Bullard (Tyler) of China Grove; and her great grandchildren, Brice and Braxton Bullard.
Sybil B. Edwards McKinney, age 83, of Kannapolis, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on August 16, 2024, from Autumn Care Salisbury after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
