She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur William Howard and Maudie Sue Miller Howard; her husband Fred William Rogers Jr.; her daughter Sandra Rogers Jetton; and her brother Kenneth Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Rogers Price, Emily Rogers Barnhardt (William) and Craig H. Rogers; and her sisters, Evelyn Howard Brooks and Marlene Howard. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
